Job Description:

• Should be able to handle inbound customer queries via calls, email and whatsapp
• Should be able to share product information and professional support
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations

Eligibility:

• Qualification – HSC / Graduate
• Gender – Male & Female both can apply
• Age – Up to 35 Years
• Good English Communication is required
• Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Salary:

• 18k – 28k (Depending on Last Drawn & Experience)

Work Schedule:

• 6 days working with 1 fixed weekly off
• For Males – Fixed Afternoon Shift (1 PM – 10 PM)
• For Females – Fixed Afternoon Shift (12 PM – 9 PM)
