Job Role:

  • E-Commerce Customer Service Executive for Work from Home (Contractual Employment)

Job Description:

  • Looking for candidates who can speak English & Hindi Fluently
  • SSC / HSC / Graduate with 1 Year of Experience can apply
  • Freshers can also apply
  • Must have typing speed of 30 WPM (Words Per Minute) with 90% Accuracy
  • candidates who can join immediately and should have their own laptops with the configuration mentioned below:

System / Internet / Power Back-Up Requirements:

  • Processor – Core i5 Processor, Gen 7 or above
  • RAM – 8GB RAM
  • Operating System – Windows 10 or 11 with latest service pack; fixes/patch management to be carried out by partner on these endpoints at regular intervals (virus definition updates, windows updates as the examples)
  • Camera – Camera availability is must
  • Internet Speed – >=20Mbps internet connection (broadband connection is most preferred and mobile hotspot is not allowed)
  • End Point Protection – Genuine/Full version of Endpoint protection on the system
  • Headset – Compatible USB headsets
  • Power Backup – UPS is mandatory for Desktop & WiFi Router
  • EDR Installation – EDR installation is a must, candidates should be ok with EDR Software installation.

Shift Timings:

Work Days: 6 days working with rotational shifts and Weekly Off.
Shifts: 9 Hours Shifts (Rotational)

Salary:

  • 18k to 23k

Interview Process:

  1. Registration by candidates on Landing Page
  2. RIVA Screening
  3. Workday Registration -> Adhaar card validation
  4. HR Screening & System Check
  5. Computer based Language Assessment
  6. Typing Test: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
  7. Client Round Followed by Operations Round – Virtually (recorded video call)
  8. System check again by Training team

  • 10th marksheet
  • 12th marksheet
  • 1-6 Semester or 1-8 Semester DMC’s OR Degree Certificate in original.

  • Experience Letter/Certificate (If resigned recently then Appointment Letter, Last 3 Month Salary Slip, Resignation Acceptance, however BGV will need Experience Letter (After 45 Days of Resignation in previous organization)
  • Bank passbook photo or E-statement
  • Current Address Proof : Rent Agreement, Landlord – Aadhar Card, Electric Bill, Water Bill
