1. About Process: Inbound Voice Process
2. Requirements:
   • Minimum 1 Year Experience in E-commerce background
   • Any BPO voice experience will do / Customer Service is Good to Go
   • Freshers cannot apply
3. Gender: Male/Female
4. Location: Prabhadevi
5. Salary: Max 25k + 4k monthly Incentives
6. Qualification: HSC Passed
7. Age Criteria: up to 35 years
8. Travel Boundaries: Central – Till Thane; Western – Till Mira road; No Harbour line
9. Week Offs: Any 1 Rotational Off
10. Workdays: 6 Days
11. Shift Timings: 9 AM – 9 PM (Any 9 hours shift)
12. Rounds of Interview: HR > Aptitude Test > Final Round
