Salary:
- For Freshers ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Unlimited Incentives
- For Experienced ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Unlimited Incentives
About the Role:
- We are looking for a fun, energetic, and passionate Entertainment Manager who can engage guests, explain rules, host game sessions, and make sure everyone has a memorable time at Neon Boardgames Café.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and guide guests with a cheerful attitude.
- Explain and conduct board games for all age groups.
- Suggest suitable games based on group size and interests.
- Maintain and organize all board games neatly.
- Manage bookings, track playtime, and ensure smooth café operations.
- Host tournaments, game nights, or themed events.
- Create an energetic, welcoming, and fun environment.
- Assist in café promotions, reels, or social media activities.
Requirements:
- Should love board games and enjoy interacting with people.
- Strong communication in English and Hindi.
- Friendly, patient, and confident personality.
- Prior experience in gaming cafés, events, or customer handling preferred.
- Freshers with good energy and enthusiasm are also welcome!
