Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls for medical/insurance products to potential clients.
• Explain product benefits, handle objections, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in Google sheets.
• Follow compliance guidelines for insurance/medical sales.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine pitch strategies.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (spoken/written)
• Proven experience in sales/cold-calling (medical/insurance preferred)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Reliable smartphone with stable internet (for onboarding/training)
