Job Description:
- Customer Representative to solve customers queries and concerns through calls
- Should be able to do upselling as well
- 20% CSR & 80% Sales (upselling)
- Must have Excellent Communication Skills
- Graduate with 1 year of experience can apply
- Graduate Freshers can also apply
- Immediate Joiners are preferred
Salary:
- For Fresher – Up to 17k – 18k (In-hand)
- For Experienced – Up to 27k (Depends on Last Drawn)
Work Schedule:
- Shift – Australian shifts (Graveyard shift)
- 5 days working with 2 rotational off
Age Criteria:
- Between 19 – 50 Years
Rounds of Interview:
- Amcat > HR > Operations > Typing Test
