Job Description:

• Customer Representative to solve customers queries and concerns through calls
• Should be able to do upselling as well
• 20% CSR & 80% Sales (upselling)
• Must have Excellent Communication Skills
• Graduate with 1 year of experience can apply
• Graduate Freshers can also apply
• Immediate Joiners are preferred

Salary:

• For Fresher – Up to 17k – 18k (In-hand)
• For Experienced – Up to 27k (Depends on Last Drawn)

Work Schedule:

• Shift – Australian shifts (Graveyard shift)
• 5 days working with 2 rotational off

Age Criteria:

• Between 19 – 50 Years

Rounds of Interview:

• Amcat > HR > Operations > Typing Test
