• Backoffice Executive for an International Insurance Process

Location:

• Navi Mumbai

Job Description:

• Agents have to resolve customers queries and claims regarding their loss in any property (Any Asset)
• Should be able to reply on email to the customers who are applying for claims
• The agents will need to know the US insurance sector knowledge
• Health claims are not considered, domestic insurance knowledge not considered

Eligibility:

• Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
• Minimum 6 months experience of Insurance processing, backend/operations BPO
• Age: Up to 35 Years
• Gender: Male / Female both can apply

Salary:

• 21k – 27k (In-hand) ; Max Annual 3.5LPA (Based on Last Drawn)

Shift:

• 5 days working with 2 rotational week off
• US shifts
