Job Description:

  • Executive / Sr. Executive for an International Inbound Voice Process
  • Should be able to solve customers concerns and queries via calls
  • Must have Good English Communication Skills
  • Candidates who can speak Malayalam are majorly preferred
  • Freshers can also apply

Eligibility:

  • Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate
  • Minimum 6 months of BPO experience is required
  • Age: 19 – 32 Years
  • Gender: Male / Female both can apply

Salary:

  • Freshers: 15k – 17k (In-hand)
  • Experienced: Up to 22k (In-hand)

Shift Timings:

  • 24*7 Rotational Shift (Any 9 Hours)
  • 5 days working with 2 rotational off

Rounds of Interview:

  • HR > Operations (Both rounds will be virtual)
