Job Description:

  • Should be able to resolve the queries and concerns of the customers related to banking
  • Must have Excellent English Communication Skills
  • HSC / Graduate with 1 year experience is mandatory
  • Cibil score must be 650 and above
  • Freshers cannot apply
  • Immediate Joiners are preferred

Salary:

  • 25k – 35k (Depending on the Last Drawn)

Shift:

  • US rotational shifts
  • 5 days working with 2 rotational offs

Age Criteria:

  • 19 – 40 Years

Transport Facility:

  • One way cab facility will be provided

Rounds of Interview:

  • Amcat > HR > VNA > Operations
