- Should be able to resolve the queries and concerns of the customers related to banking
- Must have Excellent English Communication Skills
- HSC / Graduate with 1 year experience is mandatory
- Cibil score must be 650 and above
- Freshers cannot apply
- Immediate Joiners are preferred
Salary:
- 25k – 35k (Depending on the Last Drawn)
Shift:
- US rotational shifts
- 5 days working with 2 rotational offs
Age Criteria:
- 19 – 40 Years
Transport Facility:
- One way cab facility will be provided
Rounds of Interview:
- Amcat > HR > VNA > Operations
