• Collections Executive for an US-Based Collections Process

Location:

• Mumbai-based candidates only

Job Description:

• Collections Process wherein the candidates have to resolve outstanding balances via calls
• SSC / HSC / Graduates with Minimum 1 year of International BPO voice experience can apply
• Excellent spoken English is required
• Freshers cannot apply
• Age criteria – Upto 38 Years
• Only Male candidates are preferred
• Immediate Joiners are preferred

Salary:

• Up to ₹40,000 Gross (Depending on the Last Drawn) + 1000 Wi-Fi allowance

Work Schedule:

• Shift: Fixed shift [10 hours (9 hours login + 1 hour break)]
• Week Off: Fixed Saturday & Sunday off (1st Saturday is a half-day)

Assets Provided:

• Desktop only (no laptops)
• Camera must remain ON during working hours

Documents Required:

• For interview: Updated CV + last 3 months’ salary slips
• Post-selection: Bank statements are mandatory
