Job Description:

•  Actively hiring for First-Party and Third-Party Collections. Candidates with experience in:
• International Debt Collection / Customer Service / Sales/Retention / Medical Billing / US Collection Processes
• At least one year of international BPO experience is required
• Candidates with Good English Communication can apply

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: HSC Pass / Graduate / SSC with minimum 1 year of international BPO experience
• Experience: US Process experience preferred
• Gender: Both Male & Female can apply
• Age: Upto 40 Years

Work Schedule:

• Shift: US rotational shifts
• Week Off: 5 days working with 2 rotational offs

Salary:

• Non-Collections Experienced Candidates: Up to 32k + Travel Allowance + Limited Incentives
• Collections Experienced Candidates: 32k – 40k + Unlimited Incentives

Transport Facilities:

• Pick & drop from Mira Road and Thane Station
• Home Drop available for odd-hour shifts (as per company-defined boundaries & Processes)
• Additional Transport Reimbursement for those not using company transport
