and the ability to effectively coordinate with clients. This role offers the

❖ Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment:
✓ Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing and screening
candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
✓ Develop and implement innovative strategies for attracting top-tier talent across various job roles and levels.
✓ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing
needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
- Job Postings and Networking:
✓ Draft and postengaging job descriptions on relevant job
boards and social media platforms.
✓ Proactivelynetworkandbuildrelationshipswith potential
candidates through various channels.
- Data Management:
✓ Keepaccurateand up-to-daterecordsin theapplicanttrackingsystem
(ATS).
✓ Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and activities.
